Sidney Himmel serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Board.
George Poling serves as Chairman of the Board and an Independent Director of the Board. Dr. Poling holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining and Metallurgical Engineering and a PhD in Mineral Process Engineering, both from the University of Alberta. He is a former professor in the Department of Mining and Mineral Process Engineering at the University of British Columbia. He once held the positions of Research Director at the B.C. Mining Association, Senior Vice-President at Rescan Environmental Services and Chief Executive Officer of Trigon Uranium Corp.
Duane Parnham serves as an Independent Director of the Board. Mr. Parnham has a successful record of developing companies from start-ups to fully permitted projects with considerable resources and reserves. This experience includes working internationally with governments, landowners and financial institutions to identify high-impact and underdeveloped projects. Currently executive chairman of Giyani Gold Corp. and director of Angus Mining (Namibia) Inc., he was most recently the executive chairman of UNX Energy Corp., a company that he founded and sold to joint venture partner HRT Participaecroes S.A of Brazil for $730-million. Mr. Parnham previously served as founding officer and director for Forsys Metals Corp. and Temex Resources Corp.
Mark Frewin serves as an Independent Director of the Board. Mr. Frewin is a partner at the law firm of McCarthy Tetrault, based in its London office, and was formerly a partner with the Wall Street law firm Milbank Tweed. Mr. Frewin has participated in numerous financings for mining and oil and gas companies, and has advised clients on the formation, financing and operation of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, property option and earn-in agreements, metal sales contracts and hedging arrangements, and royalty agreements. Mr. Frewin received his MA from Cambridge University (Trinity Hall) and is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
Ernest Angelo, Jr. serves as an Independent Director of the Board. Mr. Angelo holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Texas Society of Professional Engineers. He has been a self-employed petroleum engineer for many years. He also served four terms as mayor of Midland, TX and has a distinguished public service career. Mr. Angelo is currently a Managing Partner of Discovery Exploration, an oil and gas investment company.
Anthony Grey serves as an Independent Director of the Board. He holds a Bachelor of Arts honors in history and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto. He began his career practicing law. He has previously held the positions of Managing Director at Pancontinental Mining and Chairman at Precious Metals. Mr. Grey is currently the Chairman at International Ferro Metals and Director at Mega Uranium.
Pierre Pettigrew serves as an Independent Director of the Board. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivieres and a Masters of Philosophy in International Relations from Balliol College at Oxford University. He is the former Minister of International Trade, of Health, of Intergovernmental Affairs, of Official Languages and of Foreign Affairs in Canada. The Honorable Mr. Pettigrew is currently the Executive Advisor of Deloitte & Touche, Canada.
Randy Foote serves as Chief Operating Officer and a Director of the Board.
Knute Lee, Jr. serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Intercontinental Potash Corp. (USA), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IC Potash Corp. Mr. Lee is the former first Vice-President of the American Association of Professional Landmen and President of the Rocky Mountain Association of Mineral Landmen. Mr. Lee is currently a Director of the Independent Petroleum Association of New Mexico and owner of KHL, an oil and gas company.

Randy Foote serves as Chief Operating Officer of Intercontinental Potash Corp. (USA).
Terre Lane, Senior Vice-President, Project Management and Engineering of Intercontinental Potash Corp. (USA), holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Ms. Lane has 23 years of experience in mining and mine engineering, with over 28 years of management experience. Terre served as VP Engineering for General Minerals Corporation, President of Kelsey Engineering, and Manager of Engineering Services for American Mine Services. Ms. Lane has been involved with resource estimation and mine design for several hundred projects, has managed numerous Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility Studies, and has been involved with the construction and start up of several mines. Terre’s work includes engineering, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, project analysis, permitting, closure and remediation, financial analysis, study management, and independent engineer roles. Representative projects include Lisheen, Henderson, Greens Creek, Stillwater, Haile, Golden Bear, Bismark, Golden Cross, Santa Fe, Relief Canyon, Black Fox, and Collahuasi. Terre is an MMSA Qualified Person.
Patrick Okita serves as Chief Exploration and Development Officer.
Tom McGuire, Director of Technical Services, Mining Engineering, earned his Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering Degree from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. Mr. McGuire has worked in the potash industry for major New Mexico potash producers in the Carlsbad area for 17 years as a senior mine engineer and Chief Mine Engineer.
Allen Hall, Senior Geologist, earned his Bachelor of Science in Geology from Sul Ross State University. Mr. Hall has worked as an exploration geologist and as a mine geologist for 26 years with recent experience in the potash industry of New Mexico. Mr. Hall has worked as a project manager, project geologist, and mine geologist at two potash mines in New Mexico.
Rick Chastain serves as Process Development and Project Management Consultant. Mr. Chastain has nearly 40 years experience in potash due diligence and feasibility studies, process system and storage design, solution mining, scrubber emissions, langbeinite production, crystallization processing and flotation facilities. Mr. Chastain also provides expertise in thermal chemistry and process plant design.
Don Felton provides expertise in the engineering process to convert polyhalite into sulfate of potash. Mr. Felton is the Chief Chemical Process Engineer of Chemfelt Engineering. He has over 40 years of experience in recovery operations, metallurgical and engineering computer modelling, the permitting application process, compliance testing and groundwater monitoring. Mr. Felton's expertise also includes the designs of pollution scrubbers, evaporators, condensers and fractionator and filter systems.
Tom Neuman provides expertise in the optimized conversion of calcined polyhalite into a marketable SOP product. Mr. Neuman is the Principal Chemist of Neuman Consulting Inc. He brings 30 years of analytical and process development experience to the Ochoa project. His potash expertise includes production systems in solution mining, directional processes of leaching systems, material balance analysis and processing flow sheet designs. Mr. Neuman's work also includes chromatography methodology, analytical instrumentation, computer modeling, economic data review and equipment evaluation.
Deepak Malhotra serves as Processing Advisor. He is the President of Resource Development Inc., a metallurgical laboratory as well as an adjunct professor of metallurgy at the Colorado School of Mines. He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum. Dr. Malhotra has conducted metallurgical testing for several hundred projects.
Arthur Roth, and his company, A.J. Roth & Associates, provide business consulting on entering the North American and international fertilizer markets. He has over 25 years of experience in potash due diligence and feasibility studies, analysis and optimization of fertilizer distribution and development of marketing and pricing. Mr. Roth also offers expert testimony regarding fertilizer markets and expertise regarding commercial development, strategic planning and market analyses.
