ICP Technical Team
ICP has brought together a team of experienced potash mining engineers, process engineers, fertilizer marketers and financial managers to advance Ochoa into production.
Randy Foote serves as Chief Operating Officer.
Terre Lane serves as Senior VP Engineering and Project Management. Ms. Lane holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Ms. Lane has over 20 years of experience in mining and mine engineering, with over 28 years of management experience. Ms. Lane served as Principal Mining Engineer for Gustavson Associates, VP Engineering for General Minerals Corporation, President of Kelsey Engineering, Manager of Engineering Services for American Mine Services. Terre has been involved with resource estimation and mine design for several hundred projects, has managed numerous Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility Studies, and has been involved with the construction and start up of several mines. Terre¹s work includes engineering, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, project analysis, permitting, closure and remediation, financial analysis, study management, and independent engineer roles. Representative projects include Lisheen, Henderson, Greens Creek, Stillwater, Haile, Golden Bear, Bismark, Golden Cross, Santa Fe, Relief Canyon, Black Fox, and Collahuasi. Terre is an MMSA Qualified Person.
Patrick Okita serves as Chief Exploration and Development Officer.
Tom McGuire, Director of Technical Services, Mining Engineering, Mr. McGuire earned his Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering Degree from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. Mr. McGuire has worked in the potash industry for major New Mexico potash producers in the Carlsbad area, for 17 years, as a senior mine engineer and Chief Mine Engineer.
Allen Hall, Senior Geologist earned his Bachelor of Science in Geology from Sul Ross State University. Mr. Hall has worked as an exploration geologist and as a mine geologist for 26 years with recent experience in the potash industry of New Mexico. Mr. Hall has worked as a project manager, project geologist, and mine geologist at two potash mines in New Mexico.
Rick Chastain serves as Process Development and Project Management Consultant. He has nearly 40 years experience in potash due diligence and feasibility studies, process system and storage design, solution mining, scrubber emissions, langbeinite production, crystallization processing and flotation facilities. Mr. Chastain also provides expertise in thermal chemistry and process plant design.
Don Felton provides expertise in the engineering process to convert polyhalite into sulfate of potash. He is the Chief Chemical Process Engineer of Chemfelt Engineering. He has over 40 years of experience in recovery operations, metallurgical and engineering computer modelling, the permitting application process, compliance testing and groundwater monitoring. Mr. Felton's expertise also includes the designs of pollution scrubbers, evaporators, condensers and fractionator and filter systems.
Tom Neuman provides expertise in the optimized conversion of calcined polyhalite into a marketable SOP product. He is the Principal Chemist of Neuman Consulting Inc. He brings 30 years of analytical and process development experience to the Ochoa project. His potash expertise includes production systems in solution mining, directional processes of leaching systems, material balance analysis and processing flow sheet designs. Mr. Neuman's work also includes chromatography methodology, analytical instrumentation, computer modeling, economic data review and equipment evaluation.
Deepak Malhotra serves as Processing Advisor. He is the President of Resource Development Inc., a metallurgical laboratory as well as an adjunct professor of metallurgy at the Colorado School of Mines. He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum. Dr. Malhotra has conducted metallurgical testing for several hundred projects.
Arthur Roth, and his company, A.J. Roth & Associates, provide business consulting on entering the North American and international sulfate of potash markets. He has over 25 years of experience in potash due diligence and feasibility studies, analysis and optimization of fertilizer distribution and development of marketing and pricing. Mr. Roth also offers expert testimony regarding fertilizer markets and expertise regarding commercial development, strategic planning and market analyses.
