• Develop the long-life Ochoa Project in Lea County, New Mexico
• Produce and distribute premium Sulphate of Potash (SOP), which sells at a substantially higher price than traditional Muriate of Potash (MOP)
• Produce SOP and other sulphate potash fertilizers in the bottom quartile of the world cost curve, and leverage this advantage to enter into existing and emerging markets
• Develop a processing facility that can grow in scale at a low incremental capital cost
• Develop strong relationships with project stakeholders and deliver net benefits to the community at large
